James P. Hasselman, CPA, LLC is a niche auditing firm specializing in audits of nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, and small businesses. The firm is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. It is led by James (Jim) Hasselman, formerly a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Honolulu until 2006 when PwC exited the Hawaii market.

Mr. Hasselman has over 26 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting, including professional services for many of Hawaii's top tier businesses. He has served as volunteer treasurer and board member for many of Hawaii's premier nonprofit organizations, bringing practical management experience to his role as independent auditor.
